Forest Haus

This certified Passive House in Boulder was a pleasure to work on. The project was led by a great team, with exceptional planning and detailing starting from the architect and followed through with by a thoughtful team of trades. From the window installation standpoint the narrow site presented some unique challenges. Without room to operate a telehandler on site, we utilized a large truck mounted crane to fly many of the larger units to the back side of the house. The Smartwin window system is one of the highest performing products on the market. Some highlights include three large lift and slide doors.
